Dessert Donut Recipe
Today I will be sharing one of my favorite recipes. It's a very simple recipe, it's is easy to make and, it even tastes good.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 3 large eggs
- 1 1/4 cups granulated sugar
- 1 1/4 cups mashed banana
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 175°C and lightly grease two standard doughnut pans.
- Beat together the oil, eggs, sugar, bananas, vanilla, salt, and paking powder until smooth.
- Add the flour into the mix until incorporated.
- Fill in the pans with the donut mix either with a spoon or a piping bag.
- Bake the donuts for 15 to 18 minutes.
- Remove the donuts from the oven and loosen their edges and wait until the donuts cool down.
- Once the donuts are no longer fragile but still warm, gently dip them into any glaze you would like.
- Cool completely, wrap them air tight and store them at room temperature.
